MDS was selected for comprehensive modernization of the residence hall, improving both the layout and the overall living experience for students. Exterior to Interior Entry Conversion involve creating an interior corridor that provides access to all the rooms on both floors. It would make the building more secure and might improve overall flow. Each room will have two beds and one shared bathroom. This setup will cater to both privacy and community living, with shared bathrooms promoting social interaction among students. The project will include upgrading fixtures, which could encompass anything from lighting to plumbing, or even furniture in the rooms. This helps to modernize the overall aesthetic and functionality of the space.
